The location was very central, close to Edinburgh for 3 nights, centre of the city, and Royal Mile, museums & restaurants & Festival theatre, and there were a university campus and a gallery next to the venue. The room was modest and trendy and had an absolutely gorgeous view of the skyline.

This place is in a marvellous and decent location to from the station. It is an easy walk to Kebab Mahal, where you can have lunch. The rooms are tastefully decorated and good value. Nice touch to have reliable Wi-Fi and blackout drapes.

I enjoyed this good basic hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The rooms were neat for clothes in bedroom and the breakfast was plentiful. The location was marvellous, very close to Lighthouse. The wine bar was nice and the staff were exceptional. The service was absolutely exceptional. Plus, I was able to park the car on site. I had a nice time, good value.
